Kerr Mamma: Kerr Mamma is a medium-sized farming village located in the Lower Niumis of the Gambia River, approximately 17 kms from Barra. A few years ago, the local women decided to establish a rural cooperative to establish a small-scale horticultural project where anything from onions to cassava is grown.
